I had been looking for a home to purchase in the New Bern area for over a year. Lynn Colligan assisted me throughout that time both by finding houses and writing up several offers. Walked me through my first time home purchase and explained everything I needed and would be going through. Can't thank him enough for helping me find and purchase my first home in North Carolina.
Lynn will answer the phone any time of the day and is always trying to provide as much information and help as possible. He made buying a house for the first time as simple as it could be.
