I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting one of your employees yesterday in the ice cold. I had left my lights on in my car, I have jumper cables, I had asked her if she would be willing to jump my car (parked right next to me) she said no, I ran to another end of the parking lot to speak to someone else, they were happy to.
