Sellers beware this individual, Robert Yencha and company in my opinion create a very serious FICTITIONAL, buyers in order to persuade you to sign a listing agreement with them, only to have this buyer magically vanish, shortly there after, leaving you with in my case $1400 in attorney fees, for two such properties and bound to them for the duration of the listing, I will be also filing a complaint with the New Jersey Licensing Board as well.
My Agent I was grateful to work with was Judith Buckley "Judy". Her expertise and work ethics were tremendous. Very considerate and made us feel comfortable in a stressful situation for a first time home buyer, as well walking me through and explaining every step of the way. Fast response and easy to communicate with..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUDY!!
