I am disappointed that the apartment I leased is missing an appliance that was clearly listed. It is already very difficult to move from out of state, and I was essentially told I should've noticed the mistake during the virtual tour. Otherwise my experience as well as the landlord is very good, but when you pay solid amount of money in realtor/broker fees you expect a little more transparency when it comes to the listings.
GO ELSEWHERE. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT. WE WENT THRU 3 REALTORS THERE AND EACH ONE WAS WORSE THAN THE LAST ONE. WE ASKED IF WE SHOULD STRAIGHTEN UP THE HOUSE WITH ROOMS WE HAD CLUTTER IN AND THEY SAID NO. THEY TOOK PICTURES AS IS. IT TOOK WEEKS FOR THEM TO DOWNLOAD DRONE PICTURES AND THEY DOWNLOADED THEM 3 WKS AFTER WE CALLED THEM TO ASK WHERE THE PICTURES ARE. WE WERE TOLD LOOK AT THE LINK. WHAT LINK?
