Keeping it brief and to the point. Bought house from an agent here. House is pretty good but a little overpriced. They were not really flexible (save the seller's market speech for the peanut gallery). Did not disclose broken sump pump and barely functional radon fan, which really upset us.

Sharon Ledbetter is amazing and went above and beyond to help us. We were first time home buyers and needed a lot of guidance and she has the patience of a saint. Buying a house is crazy stressful, but Sharon really helped eliminate a lot of that stress by explaining everything we needed to know for every step.
