I arrived and told the receptionist I didn’t have an appointment. She said stop right there I’m not a realtor. I tried to explain what I wanted and she suggested a different location. I got the impression from her that I wasn’t good enough to be in the office.
If you could DNDB a business this would be the one. From day 1 the lack of communication from the realtor to ours was absurd. Excuses left and right about why the lease contract was wrong etc. Then we intentionally don't get the email to the customer service portal to upload our pre move in photos and have to wait almost a month just to get customer service to send us our portal information only because they wanted to make sure they got paid rent Weve been having multiple issues that are in regards to safety and security tha... read more
Nightmare to deal with. My partner and I were using Remax Success which was the only positive to the entire experience. Weichert was the Land lords management company for the house we are renting. The realtor for the company Irene Schiffman was irresponsible and doesn't follow up in a timely manner nor pays attention to important emails and documents claiming she didn't get them but then makes re you sign a lease multiple times and resend the same info multiple times as well that you know she had via read receipts.
