AVOID AVOID AVOID! We signed a listing agreement a year ago with Varun Manchanda in August 2023. Bunch of promises nothing more. He promised to obtain financing for us. Nothing. Promised to market the property. Only thing he did was put the property on MLS. Complete bait and switch. Furthermore, he and his manager, John Burke, are refusing to remove our property off MLS even though our agreement ended in March 2024. We are still in shock how Weichert allows people like Manchada and Burke to market a listing without the owner... read more
Worst experience ever. Josephine Allen is a racist and asks direct questions profiling the buyer and then creates a harrowing experience for the buyer. She is demeaning and uses profanities. She remarks on personal body features and makes the environment very negative. She cancelled our showing 2 times before she agreed to show the house and even then her stance at the showing was aggressive and belittling. We walked out of the showing midway when as she continuously kept commenting with racial undertones. BEWARE AND STAY AW... read more
