Necesary evil the realtors here are decent. they are only focused on making lots of money and squeezing every pennie out of their clients. its blatantly obvious. i guess all realtors are like that. also, almost all the realtors that work there drive expensive cars. i wonder where all their profits went.

good, for a realtor Realtors aren't my favorite people. But they are a necessary evil. Weichert actually makes the process somewhat enjoyable. Well, not enjoyable like winning the lottery, but enjoyable like going to the dentist and not having any cavities. SOld 2 houses with them, bought 1 and they were very helpful and sold them right away. PROS: wasn't bad experience, sold quickly CONS: they're realtors
