We made an offer on the house we were gonna buy. Donna L. called us and asked for a counter offer. We did that, and then she said we got the house. The next day, she said they had chosen another offer. In short, her communication is not clear at all. Donna is very unprofessional and I would never recommend her.
TLDR; Karen Cummins does not keep her word, ethics are not important to her, and she pretends like she doesn’t know what’s happening when she does the wrong thing. If you care about ethics and your word, think twice about using Karen as your agent. If you are a buyer and Karen is the sellers agent - be prepared for her to potentially stab you in the back.
