I bought a home in Jan 2022, the realtor Anil Nankani was the listing broker for the home I had been renting, which was being sold, the home I was purchasing and the home the owners of the home I was purchasing were purchasing. Anil made me several promises about getting my home fixed up. He hired painters for me who never finished the job, I paid Anil the money for the painters and he told me several times he would help me get the work done and he never did.
