I recommend that you not do business with this organization. I had contracted with them to rent a condo and paid my first months rent and fees, in March 2015, in September 2015 my surgeon informed me that I required surgery and would not be able to travel long distances for several months after the surgery. I immediately notified Kimberly Repoza, who I had corresponded with on this contract,of the situation and requested a refund of my first months deposit recognizing the fees were consumed.
