Please everyone do not do business with Bob. He is a scamming slumlord. I paid rent and security and went to clean apartment 2 days before lease took effect, I never ended up taking possession of apartment because upon arrival I noticed black mold, rotten floor, rotten moldy refrigerator, windows nailed shut, windows didn't open, water damage all over, broken cracked windows, door handle fell off in my hand trying to open front door to get in apartment. VERY RUDE!!! I never spoke to Robert, but the lady that answered the phone when I called about an apartment was very very unprofessional and rude. When she asked how many people would be living in the apartment, I told her it would be me and my four children so five in total. She paused and then asked if there would be anyone else.
