I had very bad experience this company. I found a listing in MLS and contacted them to show the property. Showing scheduled after few days and met the agent at the property. Last moment, agent insisted me to sign an exclusive agreement before opening the door. it was a big surprise to ask to sign an agreement last moment without giving any prior note.
