We have been renting from Weichert for several years now. Mary Egnor is our property manager. Asked her to get her manager involved in a recent back and forth via email and she involved her ASSISTANT instead. On the email, you would see the assistant's name as an additional person on the email chain so I thought "Cool, the manager is now involved". Nope, just her assistant. This is in reference with my experience with my property manager Mary Egnor. If you could DNDB a business this would be the one. From day 1 the lack of communication from the realtor to ours was absurd. Excuses left and right about why the lease contract was wrong etc. Then we intentionally don't get the email to the customer service portal to upload our pre move in photos and have to wait almost a month just to get customer service to send us our portal information only because they wanted to make sure they got paid rent. *... read more

Been renting via this property place as a tenet and it's started out good but now it's been a real PITA. They need to communicate better with the people that they hire to fix stuff in the houses and not say we will give them key even we've told them NO not to do that several times. Also the people that they contract with do not leave voice messages when they call, they HANG UP. You wait several days and still nothing from them. The property people come back and say oh they've tried to get ahold of us.

Asked her to get a manager involved in a recent back and forth via email and she involved her ASSISTANT instead. On the email, you would see the assistant's name as an additional person on the email chain so I thought "Cool, the manager is now involved". Nope, just her assistant.
