Zak and Michael were completely disrespectful of our time when applying to an apartment. Didn't bother getting actual updates from the landlord. Don't advertise a place as "ASAP move" if the approval process is going to take 2+ weeks. You should know that before listing an apartment.

I am leaving this review to specify the poor professionalism and disrespect from Zak Abdullah and one of his team members who mistreated a client who submitted an application for an apartment. Zak and his colleague were short and impatient when speaking with the applicant and her representing agent and took a payment without ever confirming if her application was actually processed.
