Very unethical attitude. Specially, that of Michele Andre. She represented a Seller for a number of years but was not able to sell the property for various issues such as oil tanks, land-use, etc. None of those issues were disclosed to the potential buyers in good faith. Every deal fell apart. Keep away from Michele Andre.
Giving them leads is not a good idea. They never follow up with you and update you. When I called, the guy even forgot my name and the lead I gave him. I learned to trust people that you know for a fact that will get the job done.
