Switched doctors after going to him where I was concerned about a possible DVT, and was misdiagnosed with a sprain. I ended up in the emergency room at a later date where the DVT turned into multiple PEs as well.
I met Dr. Chou for the first time today. My former PCP left the practice so I was given an appointment with Dr. Chou. I normally never write reviews on anything, but I was very pleased with my experience today. I was not rushed at all, and he took the time to go through multiple issues and gave me full detailed descriptions about what I was experiencing. I look forward to my follow-up in 3 months. Thank you Dr. Chou.
Very difficult to get anyone on the phone. All kinds of different numbers that no one answers. Does not want to give appointments and if you do want an appointment it won’t be in the same time frame you need it. Find another dr!
