The reception staff are not as friendly as those at other dental offices. In addition, they charge more than others — for example, a simple X-ray for an uninsured patient cost over CA$40, while other clinics charge significantly less.
Avoid this place!!! They don’t care about patients. I ordered a night guard here and the receptionist rescheduled my appointment, claiming it was to match the dentist’s availability but I NEVER SAW THE DENTIST at all. The receptionist took the impression and handled the fitting herself, even though she was clearly unqualified. And the receptionist said the dentist would be there during the fitting to adjust any discomfort. I’ve been seeing Dr. Fu for the past 22 years, and I’ve always had a great experience. My teeth was in poor condition before I saw him. Thanks for his excellent medical skills and care, my teeth have been in good health all these years. And the office staff are always warm welcoming I highly recommend Dr. Fu to anyone looking for a professional and caring dentist!

Receptionist should know to speak more kindly at patients not yell at them for just requesting simple change in time
