I got the cut I wanted, yay. But the guy who gave me the cut overcharged me & charged my card AGAIN because he wanted a tip. He acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying when I didn’t want to tip, that much at least. No wonder they have such low ratings now.
Peter got my shit fr. I asked for soft layers in long hair with an inspo pic and he got it immediately. Was super quick with it too!
Forced me to tip 7 dollars even though he did not give me the cut I asked for. Ran my card as a separate transaction without even asking.
Horrible experience. The cut wasn’t what I asked for. The guy over charged me anyways then charged my card AGAIN because he wanted tipped more. He acted like he didn’t understand English when I told him. I understand why the place was empty.
