Not a place to go if you are vulnerable and in pain. As soon as I walked in for a massage appointment, the receptionist was trying to upsell me on chiropractic appointments. My massage therapist, a former chiropractor who for some reason was no longer a chiropractor, took a look at my MRIand made some erroneous conclusions, acting like she was a doctor and somehow knew better than actual doctors. I feel that I am very lucky to have experienced Dr. Lillian Pham's acupuncture skills. I've learned from a wide range of endeavors that in order to make progress you must have complete faith in the provider which I did very quickly with Lillian. Following my sessions at Weho Wellness, my range of motions for neck and shoulder arthritis has improved substantially to the point where the pain has virtually vanished
The staff is genuinely kind, skilled, and welcoming every single visit. I originally came in for a rotator cuff shoulder issue, and their massage therapy, acupuncture, and cupping treatments have been game-changers.
