Not showing up to work or calling back. Found someone better
I needed a quick repair of my heat pump to fix a couple of problems found by a home inspector prior to selling my house. After finding a coupon online for a different company that came out and gave me a very expensive bid, I decided to look for a local company. I found and contacted Wehn HVAC yesterday afternoon. Wehn HVAC was the contractor used to install our systems in our new home build two years ago. And aside from a few mechanical failures (all were covered by warranty ), they had been fine to work with. Well fast forward to two weeks ago. If anyone needs A/C repair recommendations, I highly recommend Wehn VAC. Woke up this morning with no A/C. They were at my house, diagnosed the problem and replaced the motor by 10:30 AND the price was amazing!!!!
John Wehn and team did an excellent job installing the geothermal system for our new house. They also did a great job on our basement rough in. This is an honest HVAC company that you should not hesitate to work with.
