This is the worst realty company ever!!! They DO NOT answer the phones for anything. We were also charged a cleaning fee on move out even though we made sure the place was cleaner than what we left it in. Michelle is the rudest person you will ever speak too. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!
I rented with Wego Property and I DO NOT recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemies. While I was renting, our AC unit went out and we had to stay in the house for 2 weeks with no air (in the middle of summer in south Mississippi). So rude, when I called multiple times I get this VERY RUDE lady that works in the billing department who automatically put me in a horrible mood. HORRIBLE! I'm not sure who the young lady was who answers the phones there, however I had to ask twice, what business I was calling because I could not understand her, she then cut me off while I was inquiring about the properties that may be available, her demeanor was very rude and nasty, very unprofessional, when I asked to speak to a manager, she yelled at me said "THEY BUSY! if you don't like how I speak to you oh well, I'm not going to go back and forth with you, I said they busy" and hung up on me!
