This place is a joke. Keith is rude and unprofessional. My vehicle is in worse shape after them working on it. I do not recommend!
They sold me a 2010 F-150 XL base model and before I even left the lot the check engine light was blinking and every week after that I had a different problem with the truck they claim to fix the blinking check engine light but still haven't consistent problems so I traded it in and I went to go get maintenance done at wegener's and since I didn't buy my new vehicle there they refused to give me a loaner vehicle
I purchased a new Jeep in 2023, my first mistake, the lady was little help! At 16,000 miles my tires were shot, I took it in and was told I should’ve rotated tires at 5000 miles and I needed a new set. I asked for a grippier tire and was told I had to put the same kind back on! Just replaced that set at 37,000 at a different place and guess what I have tires with grip! Smdh will never take my vehicle or buy another there! BEWARE! Yeah I am a single woman who trusted this place and was definitely taken advantage of.
