I switched over to the Wegmans pharmacy from a different local pharmacy after one too many long waits in line and disorganized techs, and I'm happy to say that the Wegmans pharmacy is a much-improved experience. Some prescriptions need to be ordered as the stockroom may not be as large as others', so you have to plan ahead, but the friendly and efficient staff makes for an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you!

I had a simple Rx sent over electronically and after 24hrs of waiting I called to ask it's status. After being transferred to everyone behind the counter except the pharmacist I was simply told when it's filled I'll get a text message. I know that, but it usually takes about 20min. I was told they're not understaffed, this is normal and I just have to wait. So I will now have to wait multiple days to have a simple prescription filled here, I will seriously have to consider having any prescriptions filled here in the future, ... read more
