I love this store
I use their text-to-refill process for my prescription and it says my refill is placed + wegmans will text me when my refill is ready. The system never processes my refill and I always have to call in and re-request my refill. Then I have to wait another day or two to get my medication. Their process doesn’t work and it is frustrating. They offer no reason other than saying it’s not working. Nothing has changed and it is very inconvenient. I will simply find another pharmacy.
