How long is it going to be until you admit your mistake with Herb, take responsibility, and make it right? As you are aware, we are a community here. And our community does not and WILL NOT support the way you have treated this man. Incredibly shameful.
Because of this stores treatment of an 87 year old friend I will no longer be shopping @ this or any Wegmans store. Accused him of "stealing" a couple spoons of soup. Then banned him from the store for two years. He gets all his groceries there as well as all of his & his wife's medications Store Management REFUSED to pass this up the ladder for further consideration. Loss prevention also LAUGHED at his daughter when she tried talking to them
I used to love you guys but since you are never stocked with items we need it's a worthless trip.
I don't live in Johnson City, NY but if I did, I would not shop at this store after learning about the treatment of an elderly veteran after he simply tasted a sample of soup. You need to get your security detail under control so this doesn't happen to another elderly veteran again!
My favorite store! I come here at least twice a week!
My son's birthday cake was amazing! Thank You! He was so happy!
