I am fortunate to have my prescriptions filled at the Penfield Wegmans. The staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to learn my name, which I appreciate. I trust the pharmacists and they always have answers to my questions. I appreciate that I have the option to ask questions in person and on the phone. This is a busy store but the pharmacists and other staff never make me feel rushed. I feel that I am cared for as a patient and as a whole person. Transfered to this store from Pittsford due to a move to Penfield panorama area, they NEVER fill my meds on time....my Dr sent my meds over Tuesday & they're still NOT filled!!! I'm not calling again....I'll be there first thing in the morning to the find out the problem this time!!! TRANSFER OUT IS NEXT!

So I wasn’t initially going to leave a review but honestly I just have to say. That Karri was who I spoke to earlier this week and she had a whole attitude towards me. Penfield is my preferred location to pick up medicine but due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control, it became suddenly not so convenient. So I called and spoke with Karri asking if it was possible to have the prescription transferred to a closer location. I wasn’t rude whatsoever in asking and I didn’t demand that they be transferred.
