Disappointing customer service. One of our prescriptions was filled for only 30 days instead of the 90 days prescribed because of a missing NY code, but no one told us at pickup or contacted the doctor. We only discovered it later. The pharmacist said telling us wasn’t their responsibility. Technically perhaps, but I think good customer service should include basic communication. They did listen and make it right AFTER we complained, but if you use Wegmans make sure you get what was prescribed at pick-up.
Pharmacy does not know how to enter vhic for veterans that have insurance through the VA. They said it expired even though we currently have active va health insurance. Employees need re-training on how to input the correct information specifically for veterans.
