So I wasn’t initially going to leave a review but honestly I just have to say. That Karri was who I spoke to earlier this week and she had a whole attitude towards me. Penfield is my preferred location to pick up medicine but due to unforeseen circumstances out of my control, it became suddenly not so convenient. Pharmacists are playing doctor- bad for business Wegmans!
I am an aide and I pick up my consumer's meds for a few years now. My consumer has not had any problems with the pharmacy; like some others have had. I don't understand why they are having problems and why Wegmans continues to have problems without any inquiries?
Jessie is phenomenal, thorough and a gem! She embodies all great traits you want when looking for someone to use kindness and compassion while handling things like medical needs. She’s gone above and beyond to make a painful process PAINLESS. To say i’m impressed is an understatement and this coming from a granddaughter of a pharmacist. Please give her all the kudos and recognize her for all her hard work!!!
