Got to the counter at 4:01pm today when they close at 4:00pm. I was working with someone at the pharmacy because insurance didn't cover the liquid version of my perception just the tablet form. It took me a bit to get in because I had to have someone call in the tablet form of the prescription. They were helping someone else and I would have only been another minute but they told me that they couldn't help me and turned me away. Great pharmacy. Appreciate their texts advising Rx ready and reminders/autoprocessing refills. Great staff too. Convenient opening hours.
it is a shame, but wegmans pharmacy has a definite customer service issue! i have used this pharmacy for the past 3 years, even after we moved to Parish ny i continued to support wegmans pharmacy in liverpool. wegmans pharmacy, your customer service has really declined….when a customer receives a new product they should be offered a consult… they should let you know when only 2 parts of a 3 part order is available for pickup ~ and they should NEVER try to make themself look right and try to embarrass the customer. i don’t li... read more
