No one ever wants to answer the phone. Communication isn’t the best.
Wegmans pharmacy used to be pretty great. They were quick to fill prescriptions with no hassle. But in recent months, I’ve had to call them repeatedly to get prescriptions to actually fill. I spent an hour on the phone with them last week to ensure I would get a prescription filled and mailed on time, only to find out this week that they didn’t fill the prescription at all.
