Zero stars as I personally witnessed a severe dispensing error, a failure of patient communication, and a subsequent lack of professional accountability that disrupted my families prescribed medical treatment.
Elma looked upset that she had to help a customer out instead of getting to chat it up with her coworkers. Whole interaction was rude and felt a lot of micro aggression from her and her associate that helped with the consultation (a short older man). Honestly I've never experienced anything like this from a pharmacy. I definitely don't recommend picking up your medication from this location.
This pharmacy seems disorganized and all over the place. Had a very frustrating experience trying to get my prescription filled. Ended up waiting almost 2 days to get what I needed. Seems like most medications are usually out of stock, even when it is a routine prescription that is being picked up on a regular basis…
