Worst customer service since Walmart. If you ask an associate where a product is or if they carry it, they are too busy to help. When you ask for a manager, they claim they can’t locate one. Never again will this place ever get my business.
My daughter and I are from out of state. We needed to receive some vaccinations. The Wegmans pharmacy staff worked as a team ensuring that we were promptly and properly taken care of. Although the store layout was different from the store we are used too we found all that we needed. The checkout service was fast and friendly.
Love Wegmans selection and freshness of food. Not too thrilled with some of their customers, so rude!!!
Their hot food bar is rancid. Foot sits all day, is soggy, and basically tastes like the same nastiness. Imagine a reheated TV dinner.
