Wegmans is my favorite! Whenever I'm back in town, I visit as often as humanly possible.
While shopping I needed something more then the one item they had on the shelf in the dairy department, rang the bell for customer service in the department, subsequently rang the bell 4 separate times waiting 5 minutes between each ring before giving up on getting help, so I go to checkout told the cashier then nobody's back their on the item I wanted more of they get the floor manager who then in all of a minute comes back and tells me oh the person who's department that is. They have a gluten free aisle! They carry a lot of things other stores Don't have!
Wegmans, no matter where, is simply amazing however the Jamestown store has the worst produce of any of the Wegmans stores I've been in.
I absolutely love Wegmans and have been a faithful customer since it opened. I'd like to use this to make a request. I often use the cafeteria and take a meal there. Please can you switch the TV channel, always on CNN? This is primarily a Republican community and we do not want to watch the Clinton News Network. The news is full of untruths. Either switch to Fox, or just play a cooking channel. It disgusts me to sit and watch the daily bashing of our President elect. Please consider this immediately. Thank you
