Been shopping at Wegmans most of my life (30+ years of shopping at Wegmans) and have been very happy until lately. They were slow to adopt COVID-19 prevention protocols. And, now, with some in place, they are still lacking enough for me not to feel safe. As per the protocols from the state, I would expect a special shopping time for those who are at higher risk - that hasn’t happened. RecommendedThey have 3 kinds of carts for special needs. Love their staff!!! Even the customers are polite.
I went to Wegmans on RT. 31 and there were 4 people in there Not wearing a mask. They were rowdy, rude, arrogant and Not 6' distancing. Other customers were buzzing about them, one couple (with masks on, just got back from Florida) and they too we're angry about it. I spoke with 2 employees and security guard and they all said the same thing..They can't inforce it. so..Why have a Sign outside that says Masks Required? I will Not be back to That Wegmans!!
Today I'm very disappointed. Usually I'm a big fan of wegmans, and they've been doing their part to keep people safe. However having people standing in line outside on a windy day puts the customers at an exponentially higher level of risk. Someone in upper management is incompetent and ignorant of science. Thanks for trying but this one is a massive fail.

Recommendedof course there out of a lot of things and prices are up here quite a bit because of coronavirus. but Wegmans hands down one of the best grocery stores in the country.
