I recently transferred all my prescriptions from CVS. I was amazed at how easy it was. Want to give special thanks to Megan who assisted me. Very personable and efficient. Megan your should be proud of yourself. Wegmans is lucky to have you on thier team.

Two days ago I called to ask when a medication I am prescribed would be available in stock as there has been a recent shortage, I was told that this medication was not found in ALL of NYS so I should have my Dr write for the name brand at the Pittsford wegmans pharmacy. I went in person to pick up a medication and inquired again, still no answer when it would be In stock. The Fairfax pharmacy customer service is usually pretty good, but the older blonde lady working the pickup line is less than friendly or enthusiastic if she needs to assist or answer a question.

I was @ the peach street wegmans this afternoon loading my groceries into my car & a 2-liter bottle of pop rolled out on the ground. Mike (a wegmans employee) was returning carts to the store. He stopped what he was doing & ran after the bottle, which had rolled down the parking lot. He then offered to get me a new bottle because, as he said the original bottle would have exploded when opened. You have a great employee in mike. I hope he is commended for his thoughtfulness. The pharmacists are excellent. All medications are screened against all medications on file. Never had a problem.

Terrible. A young staff that doesn't know what they are doing. My prescription was 3 days late being filled ans when it was filled they never even notified me. And this happens all the time.

I usually shop at your Oswego rd in Liverpool store. But I had found myself on rt 31 for other errands I needed to do . I stopped at the rt 31 store in Liverpool needing just a couple of items but I planned on turkey burgers for dinner. I went to the meat department and was Extremely disappointed they didn't have any of their Greek or any other pre packaged turkey burgers.
