If I could give these people zero stars I would. I went to them for a piece of scrap 8-12” 1/4” flat stock. They didn’t have any and quoted me a price to cut a piece. Ok, there people offered to cut 2 pieces to exact length, because the were having equipment problems. When I came back to pickup the order they charged me double what they quoted, because they 2 cuts instead of one. I took the steel. I callled back later and expressed my frustration and was told if I didn’t want to come back that was ok. Really!!!!!!
Reasonably priced, although it cost me more money when they loaded the metal into my truck and cracked my tail light, the employee said he would take care of it, gave him my information, probably should have gone to the front office to have it taken care of but, I took his word for it. Guess I'll borrow and bring a trailer next time.
I always have a good experience when I go there. Staff is friendly. Prices are good and a nice selection of all shapes and sizes of steel.
Will be buying from them again. Easy sale, huge selection of steels, very knowledgeable. Highly recommend for any steel needs
