I was very happy with Dr. Weems - he spent a lot of time with me and his hygienist was excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly and the office was nice and clean. I was impressed with the services and the atmosphere as well as the professionalism. The cleaning was outstanding - very happy with that!
Had to fire Dr. Weems today, didn’t feel valued as a customer. Remember, doctors work for you!
Dr. Weems is one of, if not "the", most professional, thorough and knowledgeable dentists who I have ever visited! Recently, I went to a dentist who looked for the source of extreme pain in my jaw. After x-rays and an exam by two dentists, they found NOTHING! They gave me a prescription for FOUR, 5 mg norco, told me not to chew on my right side, and sent me on my way!?! Dr. Weems figured out that I had a cracked molar even before x-rays were taken. He fixed it, post haste, done! No pain!Great!
Would not recommend!!! Was told by both my insurance and by his office that he was in network with my insurance. I did sign a form saying I would pay for any outstanding balance after insurance was filled. Okay I get that. However I was thinking that I would be getting these services at the insurance contract price. NOPE! My Insurance company paid him and showed I should only owe him $181.60, but he has charged over $400 more than that. Please don't let him rob you blind too.
