I had an issue with drainage in my plumbing. these guys have always treated me fair and done good work.
Don't bother calling, I called, a nice woman answered the phone took my information and stated "the repair man would call me when he is on his way". I was given no time limit. This was noon. Received a call at 4pm from the repairman asking what brand of water heater I had. When I told him he said" Oh i don't work on those, call another company". Really!? 5hrs later, I have to call another company. Did not like the service I received.
Remodlel was Going wrong Wee had our bathroom orginal remodel and the pipes were finally exposed to show poor craftsmanship. We had one simply break off, a simple call to Dundee Plumbing and it was resolved. The people were great the service was even better, he was in and out in less than an hour.
