A great hellspital!!!! I am a retired social worker and gaurdian/power of attorney for ..... . From February 26, 2020 to March 16 the person I represent was put in the hospital for an illegal Emergency Involuntary Admittance and he had all of his civil rights violated for over 3 and a half weeks without seeing a lawyer or a judge. Legally, they are only suppose to hold someone for 24 hours without seeing a lawyer and 72 hours without seeing a judge.
