Again, I’m shouting from the roof tops to not use this business. They left a tool under the hood of the car my 76 year old mom purchased and caused severe damage. Told me not their problem! They left the tool under the hood. Then told me to wait for another week and turn it into extended warranty, to me that’s being deceptive. I would not recommend them. Unfortunately the horror stories about the service department are true. These guys screwed me out of $5,000. I was on a road trip and broke down in Benton due to shifting issues on the highway. I brought my vehicle in to Weeks and they told me the transmission was in bad shape and needed to be replaced. Pretty surprising considering it’s a 2016 vehicle with less than 100k miles. Brett, We are sorry you feel that way. Here is the response from our Service Manager below. The transmission had a great deal of metal shavings in the pan. Several people witnessed the metal shavings therefore it was a mechanical. This dealership believes our diagnosis and subsequent repair was correct based on three facts: 1. the emergent issue was RPMs spiking and power reduced, in conjunction with a check engine light, 2. the code found in the system, P1790 fault immediately after shift, is a code which indicates mechanic... read more
