I would not recommend Kellum Place. Very BAD Management. (Regional Manager is so unprofessional). Maintenance doesn't know what they're doing. The entire complex is going downhill fast. There are way better places to rent. Consider this as your warning to NOT live there. It's deceiving. ZERO Stars given.

I need God now someone broke into my car and stole some things, I don’t know what to do anymore, the landlord won’t move my parking spot and this is the 4 th time someone broke into my car and tried even stealing the car and busted the key ignition and moved my car down the road. Weeks Field Estates I like my apartment very well but wish had our own washer and dryer and I would like to live on the 1st floor, but 2nd isn't to bad too.
It is so stunningly luxurious with the amenities. The staff is always polite, courteous and professional. Both my daughter and myself are so grateful to be residents here. It is a 5 star apartment. We are so happy to be here! ★★★★★.......T Echo-Hawk-Weeksfield Estates Resident
Great place to live. Within walking distance to local banks, schools, the theater and local restaurants. Staff is courtesy and very helpful.
Management very helpful and knowledgable. Willing to go the extra yard to get me into my apartment quickly!
