Love Dr Heron, very personable and U can tell She cares a lot about Her Patients,also takes the time to talk about fun stuff like recreation etc a real genuine person.
Been going to WFM for the last couple of years after originally coming in with a broken leg. They got me the care I needed. Ended up staying with them as my go to primary care physician. Even with recently moving away, their doctors offered to continue supporting me through telemedicine. Thank you to the staff and doctors at WFM for all their hard work. It's seen and appreciated.
Absolutely the worst! My appt gets cancelled without notifying me for my child after waiting 2.5 months. Then when I get upset asking for help getting passed back and forth to 3 different people because I was crying and frustrated they refused to help my daughter! Worst office ever! Do not go here! They do not care at all! They only care about their feelings getting hurt!
Everybody here is so no nice and the stars go to them But this experience really grinds my gears...calling me days before my appointment to cancel on me (first time for everything I guess). This visit was to get important meds before I left town on a trip and guess what? I now can't be seen until after my trip. So do I scramble to quickly find a walk in clinic that may or may not be able to get me what I need? I don't know what to do. Super bummed out about this experience.
Too bad Dr. Weeks retired. This facility only has PA’s and horrible bedside manner. Maddie is absolutely horrible. I would think twice about being seen here.
