Eric in Service is so friendly and helpful. We called while on the road traveling through and pulling our 5th wheel when our check engine light came on, 30 minutes out, and he met us at the door to do a diagnostic. I am frustrated. I had repair work done yesterday on the dodge side of weeks. I get Carfax alerts and it showed me where the repair work was done but also says in large capital letters MILEAGE INCONSISTENCY. I take great pride in my clean Carfax with all recommended maintenance and oil changes always being done. Now I have this on my Carfax. I called and spoke to service who was incredibly rude.
