Great customer service! I am a hot shot and needed an oil change so I reached out to Weeks Chrysler Dodge Ram Fiat. Service got me in and out very fast and pricing was a lot cheaper than I was expecting (as I do my own typically)! Very friendly and professional. When I’m back in this area I will definitely be taking my truck back to them for my services.
First time dealing with this dealership,called befor I drove their ,James answered the phone he was very helpful,when we got there him and I believe Eric answered all are questions and provided our Chryslers pin to program a new Key Fob,had a rough night but thankfull to have customers service like them . Highly recommended.
I always get excellent service for my wife’s vehicle at Weeks Dodge in West Frankfort. They are prompt, courteous and always accommodating.
Service department is very helpful was able to handle my issue very quickly.
If your a business make sure your W9 is up to date they won't take care of you on that and also don't know how to give it back when said form is handed over. I'm used to a professional courtesy about the matter. Grateful I guess that a Fiat place is around
