I had a fabulous service job to make an AC repair on my car. I explained my limited schedule and asked for an appointment time. They were fast at scheduling and fast at making the repairs. These folks put my car back together a couple years ago after I hit a deer - they were great then, too. I pulled a real goofball move and left my wallet at the house, the service guy was super patient and I tried to navigate my phone and get him paid. Thanks Weeks!
To begin, I wouldn’t even rate this place one star. I called over a week ago, to make an appt. to have warranty service done on my new vehicle. They scheduled it for July 6th at 10am. I dropped my SUV off at 8am and they said, someone would get right on it. Called close to 2pm and spoke with Matt to see how things were going. He replies, we haven’t taken it back yet.
