I went in today for a oil change. Made on appointment online for a 1pm appointment. I was there at 1pm one gentleman was ahead of me and then another gentleman came in. The guy in the front desk ignored me being a Latin woman. They take the gentleman that came after me just ignoring me. I told them that I had a appointment and supposedly looked it up and couldn't find. I showed him my appointment confirmation and said we'll it's not in our system I can't do anything. I would not buy from here ever. I traded in a truck with them years ago and what I got in return has been nothing but issues. The salesman don’t care about there customers and practice horrible business.. I regret ever going here
