The worst place to take your family pets when sick. Seek another vet. I noticed my pet was not her usual self since Saturday. I kept calling the office with no answer so I drove up to their office on Sunday just for them to ask me if my pet had an appointment. I said I had tried to communicate with them since Saturday morning with no success. I was told for sick patient exams she would need an appointment and the only day they had was July 5.
