I have an open case for my son where we paid for all of his treatment and he still needs his permanent bridge. I have been calling for 3 weeks to schedule and it just goes to voicemail. Drove there today and there is a sign saying they're closed for maintenance. I need them to contact me to finish his case or reimburse what I've paid.

I arrived for a scheduled appointment and was informed upon arrival that they were not accepting new patients. I was then told that they had attempted to contact me in advance, which did not occur. All required paperwork had been completed beforehand. Overall, it was a disappointing and unprofessional experience.

UPDATE::: After reviewing my case over the last 90 days, the Texas State Board of Dental Examiners have decided to investigate further! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS TRASH FACILITY! What a predatory office! Would’ve given them a zero if I could. SAVE YOUR ENERGY AND MONEY!!! All they’re after is currency. The worse experience ever! I took my son who was bleeding to get seen. The Dr was not empathetic towards the situation at all. The bleeding had stopped and then came back again a few hours later. I called back and they wouldn’t see my son. Just said to put gauze to stop the bleeding. HORRIBLE!!
