We were setup on a payment plan for my wife to receive a new crown after a tooth extraction bone graft. We have been trying to reach out to them for a month now to cancel our payment plan due to no updates on appointments and have been unsuccessful in email, phone calls, and even driving to the physical location as the office is under "maintenance". We are currently disputing any upcoming charges. It's like they just took off with the money. Terrible Service and communication.
The listings are correct. I went there for a toothache in December. They charged me $2000 for a crown that was to be ready at the beginning of January. I have not heard from them. The doors are now closed, the phone is off, and the website is down. Horrible!
I have an open case for my son where we paid for all of his treatment and he still needs his permanent bridge. I have been calling for 3 weeks to schedule and it just goes to voicemail. Drove there today and there is a sign saying they're closed for maintenance. I need them to contact me to finish his case or reimburse what I've paid.
I arrived for a scheduled appointment and was informed upon arrival that they were not accepting new patients. I was then told that they had attempted to contact me in advance, which did not occur. All required paperwork had been completed beforehand. Overall, it was a disappointing and unprofessional experience.
