I have an area in my back yard I have designated as a pollinator garden, but it got so overgrown with weeds I couldn’t keep up. Even my stone path was not visible due to overgrowth. Over two days, Pablo and his crew were able to clean up the area and bring it back to a state I can manage. I will likely have them out monthly just to help me keep control and help with trimming. A few issues/concerns here: The area Kurt agreed to weed differed from what his contractors completed. I asked Kurt if his workers had liability insurance, and he said they carried their own, yet the contractors admitted they didn't carry insurance. The wedding was to occur each month, but the weeders would randomly show up whenever. The price differs if you write a check directly to Kurt's business, but you get a lower price if you pay cash or write a check directly to Kurt. Kurt is a pathological liar. He does not return calls or texts and uses the excuse that he works from 7-7:30 and does not text or call during the day. His workers are not truthful as well and did not show up when they said they would. Started the job on Thursday, was supposed to start on Wednesday. At 12:30 on Thursday Derek (worker) said they were going to lunch and Kurt was brining the mulch and they would finish up.
