Jay was great and explained everything that was included in their service
First time out, killed daffodils, weed killer left bare spots in lawn, weeds were still there and continued to grow. Left with scarce lawn and half dead 50 yr old rose bush. Had to come out twice to kill vegetation in stones and forgot where they originally sprayed. STILL weeds growing in vegetation. "Taylor" will attempt to talk circles around your personal knowledge of YOUR lawn with little results. They just couldn't get it right no matter what they did. They are very prompt with their service, and I've only been having a good experience this summer with them. They've managed to clear out the broadleaf weeds that had really taken to my lawn.
