Aerated the yard and cut my internet fiber line which I had to pay to have reburied. While they were doing that the internet company broke my sprinkler line which I also now have to have repaired and to top it off the yard looks worse than it did when I started. They finally sent a manager out after two weeks and tried to tell me that it looks better than it did. Terrible experience paid for a service and no one came to perform the service. Very disappointed. On top of that I've been waiting 3 weeks for a refund which I still have not gotten. I have to dispute the charges with my bank because the company cant get my refund to my bank for reason. Worst lawn care experience ever. Please try another company dont waste your time and money with a company who doesn't care clearly.

Previously, I gave a positive review of the initial consultation with this company. However, after one service, I must change my critique. First, some background: I received one service on 3-23-2026. By 5-18th, I had not heard from anyone, so I called Weed Man. Customer service stated that they treat between 6-8 wks & they could schedule me for a treatment that week, then follow-up w/aeration in 4 wks. [So much for the six to eight-week rule].
