Customer Service and Ownership Lacking: I have called three times with zero follow up. I called in March to complain that the lime treatment was not done well in January of 2023. The reason I make this claim is the back yard was covered in moss. First year this has happened. Neither of my neighbors with adjoining lawns had moss, they used some one else to do the lime treatment. Some who treat my lawn are pretty good, others rush through. Disgraceful experience with them. I’ve never used their services. Somehow they attached my name to an account that was turned over to collections. I understand mistakes happen, but they have refused to help me. Even hung up on me several times when I asked for a manager’s name or to speak with a manager. Terrible way to treat someone who you’ve harmed economically and financially. Beware.
RecommendedGreat customer service, and great products they use on your lawn. Shane follows up with the work being done. Technician Harold is very good along with the others who provide services at my residence.
Great company and service
Weedman provides excellent service. They help me maintain my lawn by keeping the weeds out and also offering other ways to improve the look. Shane is an excellent customer service representative who is very friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, helpful and has a long tenure with the company. It feels like I am talking to a friend when we discuss my lawn options. I highly recommend this service. Great job Shane!

STAY AWAY . . . I've used these folks for years, and they TOTALLY BLEW IT. It's been 10 days since a bad treatment they gave my lawn, and they will not even come by to see what I am talking about. 10 days of a concerned customer calling, and no response other than one text a week ago. No response to further calls and texts. No trip over to see what I'm talking about. I never had lawn service before. Customer Service is very helpful with my questions and scheduling. They have even come back for an additional weed treatment at no extra cost. This was a trial period for me. I will stay with them next year. Thanks, Satisfied Customer.
