I requested a weed treatment 3 months ago. A tech came out and treated the weeds. He said he would be back in 2 weeks with something stronger if the weeds were not gone. I have not seen him again. I called the beginning of September to get an additional weed treatment. I called back the end of September when no one came by. I called again today when I saw the weedman Ford Maverick driving around in my neighborhood. Apparently they cannot be bothered to do the work they have been paid to do. Update. Wouldn't even try their service. The company doesn't have the decency to obey no soliciting signs, so I can't believe that they would provide any type of honorable service. Walked by my no soliciting sign and rang my doorbell 4 times today while I was in a meeting, before leaving their trash/pamphlet on my door. This is the 3rd time they've done this too. We’ve had a great experience working with Ben at Weed Man. He's always been quick to respond and get out to the property when needed, which we really appreciate. Crabgrass was an issue for us, but they stayed consistent with treatments and communication. It took about two seasons to really see the full results, but that was clearly part of the process and it paid off. Our lawn is in great shape now, and we’re very pleased with both the outcome and the professionalism along the way. Highly recommend!
